I just want to say that I made a mistake on my reservations and I did not know what to do so when I called in I got a hold of Hector Banks he was very helpful to me very kind very diligent. He went step-by-step guiding me how to change my reservation he helped me cause I did not know how to do it. I will recommend him to anyone, Hector respectful very humble courteous make me feel very comfortable he made me feel like we were family he did a great job. He calmed me down. He gave me reassurance. I believe there should be more like Hector Banks in this field that he does again thank you Hector.
