Delivery takes to long, deductible to expensive, the customer service is terrible.

I have no issues with the scooter other than I crashed one time but it’s a good machine but in the cold the battery is a little light. It lasts about 4 miles which is good for me. But I have to charge it at work to make sure I can get home but for 59 a month it saves me $100 In taxi drivers

Bottom-line this is the device for short- and medium-distance commuters. Unlock the sport mode to achieve much better speed performance (~24mph) if you travel less than 8 miles on full charge.

The worst scooter I have ever ride, super unsafe, after every single ride needs to tight the screws of handle, battery sucks, speed is not more then 14 miles. By mistakenly took the yearly subscription and now I have to manage that unsafe scooter for 1 year.

Things that make this scooter great: 1) The light design makes it easy to transport; 2) The app is very reliable, as well as the ride; 3) The acceleration and speed are quick and smooth (Although I am in Northside Chicago, where roads are smooth); 4) The display on the scooter is bright and easy to understand; 5) It is very easy to turn and avoid unwanted things such as cars or potholes. Things that do need some improving: 1) when you electronically lock the scooter, it factory resets when it comes to the speed. I have it set to the 20 mile an hour max and so every time I unlock it electronically, I have to then reset the 20 mile an hour setting; 2) The brakes are nice however I have had a few times where the brakes have not halted immediately, which made me have a few close encounters which I would like to avoid; 3) The horn is not loud enough. It needs to be a lot louder so that pedestrians, cars, and other cyclists can be aware that we are near. Overall, renting this is a great product for me as a 12 month rental period is perfectly priced, $20 cheaper than the CTA pass, and I do not have to rely on buses and trains that can be delayed. It will be interesting to see what happens in the winter, but that remains to be seen.

Love my scooter and the company is always friendly and professional. It’s a beautiful well designed scooter and really goes above and beyond expectations. I recommend this scooter for anyone and think it is a good addition to have to just travel around the area and have fun.
