The scooter got here in less then a week some crashes but super easy to install

I particularly am extremely satisfied with customer service, I had issues on several occasions going on 2 years as a unagi rider, both as a subscriber and recently an owner as well, each time I've been met with professionalism in a timely fashion and each matter being resolved. Only complaint I have is I miss the NYC store where I could pop and get immediate assistance, sure hope they reestablish a base again. I do plan on make additional purchases, I do hope they produce some of those vibrant colors on the Voyager model as the predecessor classic...can't wait to see the next models capabilities, I'll be first in line for that one....thanks unagi

Unagi is overpriced. I always see ads for deals but there is no discounts for loyalty. I've been a customer for a few years now and the scooter is my only form of transportation. Just wish there was more benefits for being a loyal customer.
