Suzanne has a warm personality and you feel like you have always known her. She is very knowledgeable with 20 yrs experience. She is a good listener to all my complaints and she has good solutions for you to try. An example is when I recently had a long and loud spike. I contacted her and she emailed me back with lots of tips to get through it. I always feel like she is a stress reliever because she understands what you are going through.

Excellent job, would have given 5 but can’t afford the service right now because I was laid off. Which is a cycle of stress and anxiety making it worse for me. My doctor was awesome though. Please help

I developed monaural tinnitus almost four years ago. I tried 5 different ENTs in multiple states, all of whom basically told me that there was nothing I could do and that I'd have to just learn to live with it. I came across Treble Health's videos on YouTube, and decided to give it a shot. I'm very glad that I did. I've been working with Dr. Ramsay Poindexter for several months now; I was fitted with a sound therapy device, and my tinnitus has gone from 6-8 (on a 10 point scale) to 3-4 on most days. I've really enjoyed working with Ramsay, and and I can honestly say that she's given me real hope for the first time in years.
