The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Their knowledge has educated me so I can better understand my daily tinnitus and my occasional tinnitus spikes. Because of this my tinnitus sound has decreased considerably. Their administrative staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well and they respond to emails quickly.

Dr Ramsay has been a kind guiding light during these dark times. She gives me hope and courage to continue challenging my thoughts and behaviors related to tinnitus. It has helped my anxiety and fears. I hope one day to reach a point in my healing journey to shrug my shoulders and say I’m ok. I have made grounds in my journey having some great days and some days that are challenging.When it started it was all challenging. Whoever reads this and is just starting keep hope. The information was very good. It gave me a better understanding of Tinnitus and the possible treatments available. You had experts in the field with your Tinnitus summet. However, I have one thing against you. You did not mention that the offer was for US only. Our hope was build up but it was dashed when you mentioned at the end that were out in the cold for you offer for treatment with Treible Health.
