My experience with Spakinect support has always been amazing! Not only are they prompt to respond, they take the time to truly understand and empathize with my issue, and usually have a fix almost immediately. I'm always explained in detail why I'm having the issue occur and how it will be resolved. If I ever have additional follow up questions, even after a ticket is closed, they don't hesitate to help just as quickly as before. They are excellent!
