The audiologist Mark, was very Kind, caring and very informative. He listened to what I had to say, and understood all of my frustrations with all of the false and negative info that is out there. Sending most of us tinnitus sufferers in to a full blown panic attack. I do feel there is hope and will continue with your company on getting the help I need.
