I really appreciate the time and effort Dr. Ramsay has put into me as a client. She's so positive and helpful. She has put a lot of effort in understanding my particular style of T and tells me bluntly whats going on and what i need to do to continue to get better. She is truly an asset to the Treble Health team and the community is lucky to have someone has dedicated and knowledgeable as her. She tells it like it is and thats why she's unique. She doesn't "bush around the beat" (yes i know thats backwards). Thanks to treble health I'm continuing to make incredible progress. Over time I worked with Tracy and Mark and they all have their special features and assets. Great team of caring audiologists. No one else like them out there. Super team!

Dr. Mark is always helpful, informative, supportive and caring. I appreciate the follow-up emails as well as his quick responses when I've got a question or concern outside of our session times. Mark and the Treble Health program has been so helpful in providing me with the tools that seem to be working to deal with my tinnitus and while progress seems slow at first, I definitely have noticed positive differences as time goes on.

This is a very professional outfit. They care about their patients and understand tinnitus very well. Thank God for them as many in the field lack the knowledge to treat this very debilitating condition. They offer hope where others don't.

In June of 2022, I finally broke down and went to see an ENT about the ringing in my ears that had grown worse over the previous 2-3 years. In short, there was no hope offered there. In desperation, I turned to YouTube for help and came across Dr. Ben's channel. After a month of watching his free content, I contacted Treble Health to see if there was help/hope to be found there. I got matched up with Dr. Michelle. It was a great fit from the start. The combination of one-on-one counseling and education with the encouragement of the Zoom group coaching calls was highly effective. I learned the truth about what tinnitus is as well as tools and techniques to help calm my perception of the sound. I will caution you that the process isn't quick. It's not like get some stitches and in two weeks you're all better. But if you have some patience and put in the effort to learn and use the tools offered, you can get better. My audiologist was always available by text/email in between my scheduled sessions. She responded very quickly to questions and concerns. She was a great cheerleader celebrating every small victory with me. Thanks, Treble Health, for helping me find normal life again.
