I had to leave a 3rd review specifically about my audiologist, Dr. Sarah. I absolutely adore her! She is super sweet and awesome. She is so patient and has helped me so much thus far, despite the challenges that I am facing. However, everything is working out and I'm officially underway with my TRT! :-)

I realize this was the first presentation of the day, and as a teacher, I realize there are hiccups during the first period that are made better by the second period. :) There was some clumsiness with the technology - but again - first presentation problems. Interestingly, the slide deck was screenshots or copy/paste from the Widex site instead of original content from Treble Health. That's not "bad," but I found this while I was looking at the Widex site during the presentation. The follow-up was good. The salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and was not aggressive. (which I appreciated) I believe that Treble Health is a legitimately good service - just a little too pricey for me right now. I will check with my insurance to see what kind of hearing aid coverage I have and will follow up with them if possible.

I contacted Crystal to get help pairing my maskers to a new phone. She got back to me right away and was able to make an appointment the next day. After a short Zoom call, I was all set. Really appreciated her prompt response and help.

Hi had great sessions both with Crystal and Suzanne last week to set me up with the maskers, Both were through and were able to address any questions or concerns I had. It has been 10 days since I began using the maskers and I already feel a difference. I am less aware of the constant buzzing in my ear. I also went to UCLA for a consult regarding my specific medical condition, which likely brought on my quick onset of tinnitus, and showed him the maskers, He said the were a great idea and could understand how the white noise would help! I am very pleased!
