We’re truly sorry to hear that you haven’t experienced the results you were hoping for. 💛 We completely understand how disappointing that can be when you’re doing your best for your pup. For some dogs, it can take a bit longer to see noticeable changes, which is why we generally recommend giving the product a full 90 days of consistent use. If you’re open to it, please feel free to send us a message so we can learn more about your dog and ensure everything is being used correctly. We’d really love the opportunity to help and make sure your pup is getting the best possible support. 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾
