You clearly went above and beyond trying to find a way for him to take them, and I completely understand why you eventually had to give up. 💛 Our chews are soft, but we also know that some dogs are incredibly particular about smells and textures. We never want a dog parent to feel like they have to fight with their pup over food. I’m especially sorry to hear about your experience with the refund and the 50% refund you say was offered but never received. We’d really like the opportunity to look into what happened. If you could please email us regarding the refund, we’ll make sure we have the correct account information and double-check the status of the partial refund for you. That way, we can review the actual order and make sure you get a clear answer rather than a generic response. And thank you for bringing up the automatic renewal. We understand why seeing that would be concerning if you didn’t realize a subscription had been selected. We’ll make sure your specific account is reviewed.
