The first thing that went wrong was my pup wouldnt eat the chews. No matter what I did, so when I asked for a refund I was quickly told there are no refunds. And they offered advice on how to cover up the smell by mixing with other food. So that didnt work. I came back with if they taste that bad why dont you change the flavor of it. And I was told that there is a 90 day refund if you wait the whole period. So I tried using them until they were gone and after the 90 days asked for a refund and was told that since my pup didnt eat them to provide the company info then no refund. So this company is just in it for the money and not concerned about fixing the product. I finally asked to have mgmt look at it since I told them how to help it and was told I sent it to them. I never got any response so that’s it for me. I have spent so much effort and time that I warn anyone from doing business with Trayez. They treat people like crap

We're sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. We know you wanted to find something that would help your pup, and it's disappointing when they won't even eat the chews. 💛 Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is intended for pups who take the recommended daily serving consistently for 90 days without seeing improvement. Unfortunately, when a pup can't take the chews, the guarantee's requirements aren't met. We'd still appreciate the chance to look into your situation. Please send us a DM so we can learn more and see what options may be available. 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾
