We're sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. We know you wanted to find something that would help your pup, and it's disappointing when they won't even eat the chews. 💛 Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is intended for pups who take the recommended daily serving consistently for 90 days without seeing improvement. Unfortunately, when a pup can't take the chews, the guarantee's requirements aren't met. We'd still appreciate the chance to look into your situation. Please send us a DM so we can learn more and see what options may be available. 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you and your pup had this experience. 💛 We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must feel when you’re trying to do something good for your dog, only to find that they simply won’t eat the chews. We never want you to feel like you were misled or that your concerns aren’t being heard. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give pups the full opportunity to benefit from the chews when they’re used consistently at the recommended dose for 90 days. We know that can be frustrating when your pup is being especially picky. That said, we’d genuinely love the chance to help. Some pups need a little time to get used to a new taste, and there are a few simple tricks that can make the chews much easier to enjoy, like crumbling them into their food or mixing them with a favorite treat. 🐾 If you’re open to it, please send us a message. We’d be happy to share some tips and do our best to help your pup give them another try. 💛 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

We’re sorry to hear that Tratez didn’t provide the results you were hoping for after 90 days. We understand how frustrating that can be. Regarding the $15 restocking fee, this simply helps cover the costs associated with processing the return, including shipping the product to you, return shipping back to us, and other fees we incur during the process. Our 90-day guarantee also has specific terms, including coverage for one jar. We appreciate you giving Tratez a try and sharing your feedback. – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m genuinely sorry that your pup had such a hard time with the chews. You clearly went above and beyond trying to find a way for him to take them, and I completely understand why you eventually had to give up. 💛 Our chews are soft, but we also know that some dogs are incredibly particular about smells and textures. We never want a dog parent to feel like they have to fight with their pup over food. I’m especially sorry to hear about your experience with the refund and the 50% refund you say was offered but never received. We’d really like the opportunity to look into what happened. If you could please email us regarding the refund, we’ll make sure we have the correct account information and double-check the status of the partial refund for you. That way, we can review the actual order and make sure you get a clear answer rather than a generic response. And thank you for bringing up the automatic renewal. We understand why seeing that would be concerning if you didn’t realize a subscription had been selected. We’ll make sure your specific account is reviewed. We’re a small team, but behind every order is a real dog and a real dog parent, and we never want you to feel like you’re being given “hogwash” instead of getting a straight answer. – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

For some dogs, it can take a bit longer to see noticeable changes, which is why we generally recommend giving the product a full 90 days of consistent use. If you’re open to it, please feel free to send us a message so we can learn more about your dog and ensure everything is being used correctly. We’d really love the opportunity to help and make sure your pup is getting the best possible support. 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

We’re truly sorry for the confusion and understand your frustration.😔 We always want our customers to feel confident that they’re ordering the right product for their pet’s needs. After reviewing your concern, it appears the Hip & Joint supplement was the product placed on the order. We would have been happy to assist with an exchange; however, since the jar has been opened, we’re unable to process an exchange for safety and quality reasons.❤️ We appreciate your feedback regarding the clarity of our ads and will continue working to make sure our product information is as clear as possible. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾

We’re really sorry to hear your pup had this experience ❤️ The last thing we ever want is for a dog to feel unwell, and we completely understand how upsetting and frustrating that must have been for you. Every dog is different, and while many tolerate the chews very well, there are rare cases where a pup may simply not react well to a new supplement or ingredient. We also apologize that the refund process left you feeling unheard. Our 90-day guarantee is designed around giving supplements enough time to work consistently, but we absolutely understand how difficult that situation feels when a dog cannot continue taking the product. We truly do appreciate you giving TRATEZ a try, and we’re grateful for the honest feedback because it helps us continue improving both our products and our customer experience moving forward. We genuinely wish you and your pup nothing but the best 🐾 – Mo & the TRATEZ team 🐾
