Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying the quality of the pan, that it works so well on your induction hob, and that you’re finding it easy to clean. We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the handle and will keep it in mind as we continue improving our products. If you ever have any questions or need any help, our team is always happy to assist. P.S. If needed the handle could be screwed off, but we understand this may not be practical with our current design. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad you like the look of the pan and how quickly it heats, but the handle screws should not require tightening every time, so please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to help with that. Regarding sticking, seasoning is only part of the process — proper preheating and temperature control usually make the biggest difference. Once the pan is properly preheated, adding a small amount of oil or butter before the food can produce much better results. If you’d like, our support team can also send you some additional cooking instructions to help you get the best results from your pan. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Linda, We love hearing this — and we love that you’ve discovered the “secret”! 😊 It’s wonderful to hear you’re enjoying beautifully non-stick results and have already come back for a second pan. For anyone reading, the secret is simple: properly preheat the pan before adding your food, and maintain medium heat. Thank you for sharing your experience, Linda. If you ever have any questions or need any help, our team is always happy to assist. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Greg, We’re sorry to see that you remain dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify several points raised in your review for those who may see it. Titan’s Kitchen is a legitimately registered business in New Mexico. The suggestion that we simply “act like” our company is registered there is therefore incorrect. Regarding returns, customers are able to return eligible products for a full refund in accordance with our published return policy. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and our support team provides the appropriate return instructions and address. We do not refuse returned parcels to prevent customers from receiving refunds. Regarding sticking, our pans do not rely on a traditional synthetic non-stick coating, but following the simple instructions you will have non-stick performance (as many reviews point out). Proper preheating and following the cooking instructions provided generally makes a significant difference, and our team is always happy to provide additional guidance. Greg, we understand that you remain unhappy with your experience. If there is still an outstanding issue we can assist with, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will be happy to help. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Alex, Thank you for sharing your experience and for giving the pan a proper try. We’re glad to hear it arrived promptly and that you were able to season it and successfully cook with it. We understand your concern regarding the size. Our pan sizes are measured across the full diameter at the top of the pan, which is the standard way frying pan dimensions are specified. Because the sides slope inward toward the base, the flat cooking surface will naturally be smaller than the listed overall diameter. We appreciate your feedback and understand how the distinction could have been clearer when making your purchase. Our customer service team is already in contact with you and will be happy to continue assisting with any questions or concerns. If you need anything further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. PS. If you are looking for a bigger size, perhaps our wok pan could be of interest. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team

Hi Mike, Thank you for sharing your first experience! We’re glad the pans arrived in good condition and that the grilled cheese turned out so well. For eggs, proper preheating and temperature control can make a big difference, so it sounds like you’re already on the right track. We hope you enjoy many more meals with your new pans, and if you ever need any help or cooking tips, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Warm regards, Titan’s Kitchen Team
