Purchased two pans On website stated next day dispatch and 5 to 8 days for delivery unfortunately they have just arrived after 23 days seems a bit long (china) Emailed couple times regarding the length of time for delivery and was sent a link which could not answer question they then sent a few emails asking how are the pans and to rate them 🤷🏻‍♂️ also beware if returning got to return to Asia Expensive Will review pans after I have had a chance to use

I ordered two frying pans 9 inch and 12 inch Order #TK1344712 on 21/09/2026 (the lids were shown in the picture) so I assumed the lids were included. It was only minutes after I'd ordered that I discovered you had to click a tab on top of picture to include the lids and the price was somewhat different at £149.95, which was £20 extra It took me some days to get through to support@titanskitchen, I finally received a reply, which was apologetic saying the emails had been sent to junk folder and promised much? Said they would try to include the lids with the order if possible. Then I received another email saying I could purchase the lis separately at £36 extra. I purchased the lids separately and can see from tracking that they should be delivered in about 4 days time 13/10/2026. But my original order for the pans is stuck at in transit to next facility - dated 26/09/2026. Have sent two emails to Titans Kitchen and received no reply as yet. Not even a we are looking into this?

Unimpressed with this company. Ordered this for my niece, her partner and their son as a housewarming gift. She'd done some research looking for a good price and landed at this company. I ordered them a pan and spatula. We were visiting them in England (we live in the US) and I placed the order from there. When the pan arrived, there were issues with its quality they were concerned about as well as the lack of guarantee of it being nontoxic. They wanted to return it, so I had them take pictures and sent the return request with all requested info to the support email address 2 weeks after delivery as stipulated on the website. Crickets. Its been just over a week now, so I forwarded the same email, adding "PLEASE REPLY" to the subject line. I also found a phone number to call, however it was just an automated message stating the "quickest" way to get a response is to email support (!). UTTERLY TERRIBLE customer service. I would never buy another item from this company.

Update: Titan's Kitchen sent several emails and after repeating a number of times, I got a person who understood my concern, BUT since I did not screenshot what happened or order a second pan my word is, apparently, fiction to them. The last email said no one else had ever had an after-purchase offer online. I tried then to stop the order since I'd not received tracking or shipping, but instantly got response that it had been shipped from China. I am looking into how I can refuse the package as I no longer feel I can trust this company. I feel like I’ve experienced a bait and switch. I’ve watched the website for months waiting for a sale when I get a notice for sale I look at the website and it’s the same price. It’s been for months when I complained to the company they nicely gave me a 15% discount so I went back on the site and ordered the pan. I want it which they assured me was the lowest price currently available as soon as the order went through and I paid for it then a pop-up offered me the same pan for $30 less. I’m curious why can they not just be straight and honest and give me the lowest price I sent another email telling them how my feelings and asking for a correction or cancel the order but I have not gotten a response to that email

I ordered on Aug 15 and it arrived on the 22 so not bad compared to other reviews. However, the 12 inch pan is more like a 10 inch wok. Currently working with customer service but it's the largest pan they offer and only provides 10 inches of cooking surface. Not able to replace my hexclad with actually 12 inches of cooking surface. I've taken pictures but can't figure out how to attach. I'll update when I get to the bottom with customer service. So far they only confirmed I received the 12 inch pan and they didn't have a larger one. I was able to season and cook some eggs on the 30th successfully but only big enough for 2 people at a time vs the 4 advertised for the 12 inch. If I had wanted a 10 inch I'd be happy but I can only imagine the 10 has an 8 inch cooking surface. After 18 emails with customer service and them really wanting me to take a 20% refund I finally got the return address. "Please find the return address below: Wu Xi Building 4, 4th Floor, 58 Baiye Road Dongguan, Guangdong 523000 China" a quick Google search of that address prompts you to report the fraud to your credit card. We'll see how that goes. I'm giving it two stars so it stands out more from the 1 star and helps more people find it. Would not recommend this company. Update on September 18th 2026 I did promptly get the 20% from titans kitchen as promised and given I did get a product that is usable I only put in for a partial refund with USAA my credit card company and they approved after reviewing my case so in the end with both TK and my CC refund I got $60 back from the $130 spent on a pan that's 2 inches smaller than I expected. It does seem to cook well and I can use it when I'm cooking for myself vs my family or making smaller dishes so as long as it lasts I'll be happy with it for the end price of $70 bucks I wound up having to pay without being charged that to mail it back to China. 13 October 26
