Hi Ernie, Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying cooking at lower temperatures with your new pan. Unlike traditional chemically coated non-stick pans, our titanium cookware works best with a little butter or oil, especially when cooking delicate foods like eggs. Allowing the pan to preheat properly over low to medium heat also makes a big difference in preventing sticking. Over time the pan performance does get even better as well. We hope you continue enjoying your pan! If you need any assistance or cooking tips, please don't hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Titan's Kitchen Team

Hi Jim, Thank you for your honest feedback! We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying the pans and that they're cooking so well. We're sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced assembling the lid. This certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Would you mind sending a few photos of the washer and lid assembly to [email protected]? We'd love to take a closer look and share your feedback with our quality control team to investigate what may have gone wrong. We're glad you were able to complete the assembly, but you certainly shouldn't have needed to use your own replacement parts. If you would still like to, we are happy to send replacement parts to you, free of charge. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve! Warm regards, Titan's Kitchen Team

Hi Michael, We're sorry to hear that your experience with our pans hasn't met your expectations, and we understand your frustration. Our titanium cookware is designed to provide excellent cooking performance without the use of traditional non-stick chemical coatings. One of the biggest factors in preventing food from sticking is allowing the pan to preheat properly before adding oil and food. Using low to medium heat generally works best, although certain foods may require slightly higher temperatures to achieve proper browning. Regarding your refund request, we want to reassure you that we do offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. As outlined in our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We understand that international return shipping can be inconvenient, which is why our customer support team also offers alternative solutions, such as partial refunds, for customers who prefer to keep their cookware. We certainly don't want you to feel that your concerns are being dismissed. Our team remains available to assist you with the return process or discuss the available options, and replies to any message. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We're happy to help. Warm regards, Titan's Kitchen Team
