Great Caring and Loving company
My first Trial of my Titan's Kitchen Titanium pans was on my birthday. I cooked a skin on Salmon filet, Sautéed buttered Asparagus, and a baked sweet potato with butter. The Salmon cooked to perfection, following your instructions in your great cooking guide. Since then I have received my Quince pan and have cooked Steak, French Toast, Pancakes, eggs & Bacon and much more, I think it's my favorite pan. Nothing sticks, and I cook on an Inductive cooking surface so I can regulate the heat within 5 degrees, and the pans heat up so fast and even. Thank You for the products you make, I have recommended them to all my friends and family. It has been a pleasure ordering from your whole family and team. Michael D.
