The customer service is simply awesome, friendly helpful people. Sent me a new case for the one I mistakenly ordered and didn’t ever have to return the one I received. Would recommend to anyone in need of convenient readers. By the way, the small readers are great also, clear vision snug fitting. Met all my requirements for readers.

One of the lenses fell out and was lost from my wife's sunglasses. I submitted a request and then followed up with Jake on the ThinOptics chat line. Jake was wonderful and is having my wife's sunglasses replaced. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks Jake and ThinOptics!
