I ordered the wrong product (wanted just the glasses case but ordered the full phone case with integrated glasses case). Rhea sent me the right product right away - appreciate the timely response and the great help

When I purchased these they advertised "FREE Replacement Glasses for Life!" They were obviously lying, because I'm still alive and now they tell me I'm out of warranty and have to buy a new pair. Even when they replaced them they charged a "fee" of some kind like $7 or something that certainly covered their costs. #Bait&Switch Update: Your email Miguel promised to send one more replacement and reiterated that the "lifetime replacement guarantee" that was promised ...and is still in Facebook posts... is now cancelled. If you think you can offer someone “lifetime replacement” before they purchase and then cancel it after they purchase or “change your warranty” as you say …then you don’t understand consumer law. I have a friend who is a class action attorney who loves stuff like this. Hope you didn’t spend all the money you saved by not honoring your replacement guarantee. You’re going to need it for legal defense. There is no “final replacement” on a lifetime guarantee. You can change your policy for people who purchase after the change. But you can't back out of a guarantee you already made to someone who purchased. That is bait and switch. Marc Cuban bought a lifetime pass on American Airlines which they no longer offer. Can they just tell him one day that is lifetime pass is no good? If I buy tires with lifetime road hazard can they say “hey just kidding…but here’s 15% off some new tires”? Good luck to you. Parabéns thinOptics , na pessoa do Sr.Miguel que sempre me atendeu com o máximo de boa vontade e resolveu todos os problemas que tive até aqui . Just had a positive and very helpful experience with Rhea from ThinOptics. Rhea was professional, courteous and very efficient in resolving my problems - the replacement of broken spectacles. A very positive online chat experience, not very common these days .... called , because i had a one pair of my glasses broke off in the middle and needed a replacement. Called and a suooort person, named ANGEL, was very friendly and helpful. Gave her all the info she needed to know, ,spoke to me on the phone and informed me that she will send out a replacement ASAP, as long as i send a picture off what was wrong , which i did. No questions ask, good support,and even received a email to confirm that is was being shipped ASAP. What more can you ask for, never has any company responds this fast!!!! Since this glasses were 3 yrs., i never expected this would still be covered and even with the price , i really could off just went and got another pair somewhere. Very good company policy and warranty. Love the case it comes with that i stick on back of my cell case, and i always using it and it has become a habit to use my Optics all the time.

I love the thin reading glasses. I have been using the Brooklyn reading glasses with the ultra-thin case. ThinOptics has provided great service, by replacing the case since the hinges broke (although with the magnets the case kept working). I am very rough on things in my pocket, but the glasses never have had a problem. I fully recommend them!
