I am an LPC who is not only the clinician, but the scheduler, biller, etc. I tried to figure out what I needed to do with another insurance change but to no avail. I sent the information to Therapynotes and they had the answered back the same day with easy-to-follow instructions. I rarely have issues that I can't figure out but when I do, Therapynotes shows me the way, every time. Therapynotes has been one of the best investments in my practice. HIGHLY recommend!!!
