TherapyNotes has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They are available 24/7 and every time I have called (weekends, evenings, all times of the day) the person on the other end of the phone has been knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful in resolving every questions I've had or problem I've run into. It makes using Therapynotes as my EHR and billing platform very accessible. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love everything about it. It is easy to follow and how it is set up. Today for the first time I used customer service and she was wonderful and walked me through step by step of understanding what was going on.

They always have the answer and explain the procedure for you to follow to the tee! They are quick with there responses. I have never ever had a problem with this support team. They take there jobs serious and it shows.
