Incredible customer service! I've used therapy notes for over 4 years now, and I am continually amazed and appreciative for their fast, helpful and friendly staff. Because I am a solo practitioner, there are times I have questions regarding billing, insurance, or claims, and the staff have been nothing but wonderful in helping me figure things out. They respond quickly and are always very thorough in their responses to ensure clarity and communication. Cannot recommend them enough!

Heres the deal, short and sweet. I am a doctor of almost 50 years. We can be the dumbist smart people you will ever meet. I had to take over billing and believe me, I am the least qualified person to do so. I had a program that I was using but wont name. Well alright it is Passages Health Care. We had collected money for 16 years until I took over. Suddenly I could not get a claim through. I swithed software to here and tech support fixed the problem. Now I am happy because we are in the black for a change.
