Whenever I send an email or have a question I get a response quickly. The response directly answers the question,has a detailed explanation and provide alternative solutions if needed.

It's a great platform. My biggest complaint about TherapyNotes is the delay in synching calendars. However, the customer support has always been very helpful and addressed any issue that ever arose.

I did not know the requirements or how to go about coming into compliance with PCI. Katelyn patiently walked me through every step as a bumped my way around and she guided me every step of the way until all questions were answered and I had confirmation of full compliance. I was SO grateful for her knowledge, understanding and patience. A+++!!
