I need support to navigate all of these things that I am new to, so I am so thankful to Therapynotes for having 24/7 support. I had a question yesterday evening and within about 30 minutes I had an answer and the situation figured out.

I made the switch from a different practice software to TherapyNotes 2 years ago after much dread in facing the transition. I am SO glad I did. The layout is intuitive, user friendly. TherapyNotes is a much better option than what I used before for a MUCH better value. But the best part is that the customer service is impeccable. They are thorough and seem to really care. TherapyNotes is really the key to keeping my practice organized in all areas. I highly recommend!

I was unable to remove a second account that was set up for notes in Therapy Fuel. I was able to delete the second account! I found Ben to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This kind of assistance sets therapy notes ahead of other companies.

I've been using TherapyNotes for about 6 years and I love it. I used SP when I was also with a group practice and TN is SO much better. Very intuitive and their customer service is amazing. I've had many, many calls where they walked me through billing/insurance stuff step by step while being so supportive and understanding of me needing a lot of help. Can't rave enough about them.
