I bought a wheel caps for model y 19". It covered rim lip but when I hit the curb it came off and damage the wheel lip. i have fitted back and driven in motor way and it came off again and hit the body and scratched. cheap product. not good quality. never buy this poor quality product.

I received damaged carbon accessories for MP3 and provided all evidence for replacement. Multiple mails and ask for extra details turned to no solution eventually. I purchased overall 800€ from the website... so even good customer are discharged.

Order quoted as 7 to 14 days delivery and over a month and a half later there is no sign and Tesery do not answer messages. This company is a scam.

Took way too long for delivery. No instructions included with product. Searched endless YouTube videos for the correct instructions. My 24 model Y didn't have a blue connector, mine was white. Mini ultra dashboard had no tools or instructions and the Blind spot monitor LED ambient light had tools but wrong instructions.

This was exactly what we desired. Shades fit perfectly, easy to install, great quality, and look amazing. I initially had a problem getting shsdes installed but customer service was quick to respond... install problem was my error. LOVE THESE SHADES

I placed an order TESERY102227EN with Tesery more than a month ago and I still haven't received my items. To make things worse, their customer support has gone completely silent. I sent an email 5 days ago requesting an update on my delivery and I have received absolutely no response.This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill the order or reply to your customers, you should not be taking our money.I demand an immediate update on the tracking status of my order or a full refund. I will be forced to open a dispute/chargeback with my payment provider if this is not resolved immediately. Avoid this store.
