Tesery advertises a 30-day no-reason return policy but refused my return (order TESERY111485EN, $170.05, carbon fiber console cover that did not fit) after 33 emails over two months. They directed me to reinstall the product twice, promised a full refund in writing on Sep 10, then denied the return on Oct 19 because the adhesive backing had been removed — the installation they themselves instructed. The part is intact; it simply doesn't fit. They offered partial refunds only, then told me to reinstall it again. Avoid if you expect them to honor their return policy.

I received the wrong parts . Tesery sent a return label months later . They received it a week ago and still no refund . The box clearly stated the opposite of what I ordered on my invoice . I sent all of this . Still nothing . Ghosted I would not deal with this company

Ordered a new charging mat for my model 3. Courier service lost the package at the depot, so I contacted Tesery with all the relevant information. No reply to successive emails and no reply on the LiveChat. Lost £40 due to very poor customer service. Would not recommend

Do not buy from this place. They will try to get over on you. They're return/exchange policy is that everything even tag has to be intact. Well, they wrapped tape around my whole package and to open it required removing the tap. And guess what tape does... remove the label i reached out to them and sent pictures as soon as insent pictures no response. Do not buy here. All sales are final. Smh and I was just missing magnets that were missing in the box to make my items work. Smh. Trash customer service. Sent many emails and even did their whats app communication.

This is a Chinese drop ship scam! They wont accept returns and they will delete the email thread so they wash themselves of ever talking to you. They sell extremely low quality eBay trash. They don’t have USA inventory so it’ll all take forever to get items from china, then they wont accept returns. They will ghost you!

Habe am27.07.2026 bei Tesery 21 Zoll felgen Bestellt Sind aber bis heute 07.10.26 nicht Versendet worden. Nach mehrmaliger Kontaktversuch hat sich Tesery am09.09.26 gemeldet und seither nichtmehr. Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit Ventile bekommen aber von den Felgen habe keinerlei INFO.
