The Model Y Dark Red Calliper Covers from Tesery are a perfect match for the Ultra Red colour. All others I looked at from other suppliers would not match. These covers are QUALITY, with solid mounting hardware that is very easy to install. I actually plan on putting them on for summer and taking them off for winter to prevent rust and ice buildup. Anyone can install them with the video and instructions provided. Customer service via email has been exceptional (keeping in mind the time difference to China). I think they look awesome and highly recommend them!

Tried getting some accessories from Tesery for my first Tesla. The product catalog is huge, and has so many great add-ons for the car. I appreciate their customer support, always giving responses on time and helping with issues as needed. I’m very happy with my purchases, and will definitely continue to get accessories from here. Great quality, even better price.

Tesery advertises a 30-day no-reason return policy but refused my return (order TESERY111485EN, $170.05, carbon fiber console cover that did not fit) after 33 emails over two months. They directed me to reinstall the product twice, promised a full refund in writing on Sep 10, then denied the return on Oct 19 because the adhesive backing had been removed — the installation they themselves instructed. The part is intact; it simply doesn't fit. They offered partial refunds only, then told me to reinstall it again. Avoid if you expect them to honor their return policy.

I received the wrong parts . Tesery sent a return label months later . They received it a week ago and still no refund . The box clearly stated the opposite of what I ordered on my invoice . I sent all of this . Still nothing . Ghosted I would not deal with this company

I’m very happy with the product I received. I ran into a little problem with not having enough tiedown discs for the seat covers. But when I reached out, I received a quick reply and was sent extra tiedown discs. I’m very happy with the response from the support team.

They sell good quality items with fair prices, good customers service, have not had any issue at all, been their customer for few years buying all my tesla accessories.
