I ordered the keyfob for Tesla Model Y. The quality is too cheap with no buttons on it. Also it DOES NOT work to open the car so its of no use. I tried contacting customer support and they are giving me the run around and not wanting to accept the return. This company is a SCAM. Stay away!

Tthe products are of very poor quality. some arrived defective, and when I contacted them to replace the product they did not respond. I do not recommend

Looking at some of the reviews I was concerned that my order may not be fulfilled. I ordered illuminated door sills and a phone holder. I received tracking information the following day of order. I am in the UK so delivery took around 10 days from China which I was happy with. The products were good quality and I would use again.

I ordered Tesla Model Y seat covers with a delivery date of November 6, 2023. As of today I have not received my order. My inquiries about the delivery have not answered. There is no tracking number nor an order number I can reference although Terery already took my money. I think this is a scam company based in China.

More than two months ago I ordered some items from the store. Promised delivery time two weeks. Still nothing. No tracking, no order. Two weeks waiting to check what happened to the order. No reply.

Review of Tesery.com: I recently had an experience with Tesery.com that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I decided to order something from their website and was excited about the products they offered. However, there were some significant challenges in my experience with Tesery.com that I believe are worth mentioning. The most prominent issue I encountered was the extremely long delivery time. After placing my order, the payment was deducted from my account immediately, which I found a bit disappointing, as I typically expect payment to be processed when the product is shipped. Furthermore, the expected delivery time was significantly exceeded. I anticipated receiving my order within a couple of weeks, but it took several months before I finally received the products. Communication from Tesery.com was also problematic. I attempted to contact their customer support repeatedly to get updates on my order, but I received responses infrequently, and when I did, they were very generic responses with no clear information on when I could expect to receive my order. All in all, my experience with Tesery.com was marked by frustration due to the extended delivery time and lack of clear communication. I hope that they can improve their customer service and delivery processes in the future to avoid similar issues for their customers. Personally, I will reconsider my decision to shop with Tesery.com in the future unless significant improvements are made.

I ordered some stuff at the Tesery website (1000 USD value) for my Tesla Model 3. The package took roughly 20 days to arrive, and 90% of the ordered products turned out to be unusable rubbish of very poor quality. I thought I could return them using the Tesery Refund Policy, but I was wrong. Not only I had to pay the shipping costs in advance (even if their policy says otherwise), but they didn't collect the package, which was returned to me after 2 months of waiting at the Shenzen Customer Office. When I asked the Shenzen Customer Office why the package had been returned, they told me that Tesery even ignored the multiple alerts they had sent them, hoping they would pick up the package (yet they didn't). When I asked Tesery customer service what's happened, they told me that they were very sorry, and asked me to send it again (at my expense) and start over. I ended up asking for a refund to my Credit Card, documenting all Tesery's correspondence and fraudulent behavior, since I thought that such behavior could be some sort of "return policy scam". Anyway, I strongly suggest avoiding that shop.

Very fast shipping and quality products. Price is unbeatable. Bought a roof rack and some bits and it all came in less than a month (the larger package took about 3 weeks)
