Please do yourself a favour and don’t buy from this company!! Firstly, the shipping from china takes ages! (Way longer than the time allocated). Second, the quality (or lack or it!). I bought a set of rubber mats for my Y series.. They are utter Shite !! So bad, I binned them and I’ve ordered some from Tesla direct!! The fit is awful and they are stiff hard crap!

Excellent experience with Tesery. The customer service is outstanding — professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. Communication was very positive throughout, and everything was handled perfectly. Highly recommended.

Die Lieferung meines Inneraumfilters hat über ein Monat gedauert. Der Filter macht keinen guten Eindruck. Positiv muß ich vermerken, dass das Montagewerkzeug dabei war - war für mein Modell aber nicht nötig war.

Great custommer support. In my order I applied a discount code that had a smaller discount than other one I also had. After ordering and paying I asked by email for a refund or credit and they promptly applied the higher discount and refunded right away. Double thumbs up!

I bought a spoiler and it had a defect in the carbon matting and finish. I asked for a warranty replacement or return for refund. They offered additional 15% discount. The defect is hideous and clearly visible. Weeks of delays they claim they are all with the defect and told me to live with it. Totally unacceptable and their policies state replacement or refund for defective or damaged parts. They are not a company I would ever recommend to do business with as buyer be aware. Last email to deny my claim and refund request is March 11th 2026, bought it January took 6 weeks to deliver. Terrible customer service and support. You have been warned!
