Hi Rajat, Thanks for the detailed feedback. To clarify one thing: the Free plan's scope, one policy, HTML-embeddable output, is listed on our pricing page, so nothing about what's included was hidden. That said, I hear the real issue: knowing a feature exists and knowing whether it'll actually fit your specific setup (a Markdown-based site, in your case) are two different things, and that's not something a feature list communicates well on its own. That's a fair gap for us to close, regardless of what's disclosed pricing-wise. I'd like to help directly, reach out to me at [email protected] and I'll see what we can do to get you a version of your policy that actually works for your site. Regards, Raouia Termly Support

Hi Rebecca,  Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.  We're very sorry to hear about the frustration you've encountered while trying to reach our support team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to resolve an issue involving your account and billing. We'd like the opportunity to investigate what happened, including your cancellation request and the email address associated with your account. We have already made sure that your ticket has received a response.  We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our support processes and the experience we provide to our customers. We hope to have the opportunity to make this right.

Hi Brian,  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be to continue receiving payment reminder emails after deciding not to renew your subscription. Our payment reminder emails are typically sent automatically when a subscription is still active and an upcoming renewal payment cannot be processed. Once a subscription has been successfully canceled, these reminders should no longer be sent. We'd like the opportunity to review what happened in your case and make sure everything has been handled correctly. Since we can't access account details through Trustpilot, please reach out to our support team and include the email address associated with your Termly account. We'll be happy to investigate this for you and ensure your subscription status is correct. Please email us at [email protected].  We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and our communication.

Hi Audrey,  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced while trying to get assistance from our team. We understand how important it is to receive timely and efficient support, especially when you need help resolving an issue. I can see that the back-and-forth communication and delays in the conversation made the experience more difficult than it should have been, and I sincerely apologize for that. While I'm glad that we were ultimately able to resolve the issue via our ticketing system, I completely understand that the time and effort required to reach that resolution fell short of your expectations. Feedback like yours is valuable and helps us identify areas where we can improve both our responsiveness and overall support experience. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and the opportunity to make things right. If you need assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be here to help. Kind regards, Shravan, The Termly Team

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Termly was frustrating. Termly does offer free policy generation options, but some features and services are part of our paid subscription plans. Users should always have visibility into what is included for free versus what requires an upgrade, so we understand your concern if this was not clear during your experience. As an organisation that value its customers, we do offer free trials to the customers. At the same time, you can use the cookie policy and one policy of your choice at absolutely no cost.  We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it helps us improve both our product experience and communication. If you’d like, you can also reach out to our support team directly so we can review your case and clarify any billing or subscription concerns. Best regards, Shravan The Termly Team.

Hi Edward,  Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important customization can be. The wording of the cookie consent banner is intentionally fixed and cannot be modified. This is to ensure it remains compliant with privacy regulations and legal standards across different regions. Allowing changes to the verbiage could risk making the banner non-compliant, which we want to avoid for the protection of both you and your visitors. That said, we appreciate your perspective and will continue to share this kind of feedback with our product team as we look for ways to improve flexibility while maintaining compliance. Best Regards,  Shravan,  The Termly Team
