Our team works hard to ensure top-quality products and seamless customer service, so it’s wonderful to know that we met your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation.
I bought two Vivi caps that didn’t work. I followed the instructions from their Support email but they still didn’t work. I sent the Vivi caps back to them and sent them a copy of the package tracker, and the confirmation from the packaging company confirming that the package had been delivered and received by Tempramed. I have emailed several times asking for confirmation, a reply or an idea of next steps. They have poor customer service and do not reply to any emails. I have not received any form of communication or a refund for faulty products. I am extremely disappointed and urge people to avoid purchasing from this company.

Hi Stephen, Your satisfaction means the world to us! If you ever have any questions or need support, we're always here to help. Enjoy your VIVI Cap, and thanks again for your support!
I purchased this pen for my mom 6 or 7 years ago. Well, a cooler type pen for her pen and we take it everywhere whether we're going shopping or out to eat because her pen needs to stay cool and we absolutely love it. And I am so thankful that we purchased it. And I think it's wise for everyone to have one Aunt. Whether you spend a dollar or spend $200, it's advisable to have one better. Be safe than sorry when it comes to insulin because it needs to stay chilled. So my advice is if you don't have one get one, they're amazing and I'm not sorry that I bought it for her. It's the greatest investment.

A great aid to keep your insulin at an acceptable temperature. Very good heavy plastic for both parts of the body!

Shipping was super-fast and so far I have not had any issues whatsoever! For people with diabetes who inject insulin, maintaining your insulin at a stable temperature is crucial! This helped me to keep insulin at a safe temperature.

Hi We are terribly sorry for the delay in shipping and understand how frustrating this experience must have been for you. Please know that we fulfilled your order promptly and handed it over to the shipping carrier as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, many carriers experience higher-than-usual volumes, which can occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control. We truly regret any inconvenience this has caused and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
