Thank you for your feedback and continued support. We're sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with the VIVI Cap. As with all products there is wear and tear that sometimes occurs, however we always stand behind our products, offer replacements and a very long warranty.

As soon as a refund was requested we processed it. We have been in touch with you and we understand that due to the banks/credit cards the refunds did not appear. We understand that you have now received it and we deeply regret this inconvenience.
