Not a good experience, not a trustworthy company
Ordered from the website MV136577 which had very incomplete information. It stated express shipping to DK and did not indicate anywhere that the price indicated does not include taxes. I ended up with a bill which was 60% more than the purchase price I paid, just to receive the product. After opening the package, the product is not sealed and was obviously opened by someone else before me and tried. I sent two emails to the company with the complaints and they didn't reply. AVOID in summary for: 1. Incomplete information on website and dishonest sales to EU customers. 2. Received opened box package after 2.5 weeks of "Express shipping". 3. No reply from tempramed to address the issue. The product itself is okay but honestly the price is hugely inflated for what it does, especially with how much I ended up paying for it with customs. Tempramed - DO NOT advertise to EU if you are shipping from the US. Nobody wants to buy products if shipped from the States. Set up a distributor instead.
