Company had good customer service. They didn't have what I had ordered but sent an equivalent sauna. Shipping was a little iffy but overall a good experience.

Very easy to put together, the reason for the 4 stars is driven by how long it takes to heat up. To get it to 130 degrees, it takes about 30 minutes.

Thanks for the review, Chad. 30 minutes is about as fast as any infrared sauna will get to that temp.
Needed robe hooks for my sauna. They had ones that would fit well with the existing sauna. When one double hook was unable to be delivered they immediately reached out with suggestions, replaced the item on my order, and reminded me of what I was purchasing. Arrived timely, good packaging and shipping, and all hooks were super easy to install. They are all currently in use and I am very satisfied.

Dale - we told you immediately when you ordered that the sauna was out of stock. We also emailed extensively with you and worked with you on the price. You chose to wait for the sauna to come back in stock. The one you purchased is imported from Estonia. Yes, it took longer to get here, but that was out of our control and you could have canceled your order at any time for a full refund. I don’t think our customer service and the quality of the sauna you have now are worth a 2 star review. I’m happy to discuss this with you to see if we can turn things around for you. - Wes
Great people to work with. The service and communication was excellent. Very friendly and quick with responses when I had questions. Our sauna arrived in perfect condition and we love it. I highly recommend this company.
