I very much enjoyed my experience with SunPower. They more than exceeded my expectations. They had great communication, made the process as smooth as possible, did what they said, when they would say it, and delivered a great product that did exactly what they said it would do. I am very happy with my system from SunPower, and have recommended them to many others to get solar.

Absolutely terrible. I was very exited to get solar panels installed. Things went well including the install date being 5 months before I expected as the salesperson Sean told me it would be after the first of the year. Then they started the installation and things went downhill. They came on time the first day, but already drilled extra holes in my garage ceiling. The second day they did not show up and it took until after 3 pm to find out they were not coming. Too late as my wife already had to use a vacation day. One of the excuses was the whole vrew had covid... but they would be okay and back the next day... UMMM... The install ended up taking 8 days instead of 3. They cut huge uneven holes in my soffit, extra holes in my garage ceiling, dented my garage door and blew out a huge chunk in my garage exterior wall. 4 weeks later, I am still getting the runaround. I am a 100% disabled Navy Veteran. Buyer Beware! Even the city inspector who came out failed the inspection of Sunpowers install.... which Sunpower scheduled and was required to be there for but did not show up for the inspection. #scam #terriblecustomerservice #antimilitary #antiVeteran
