Ryan, amazing.com!!!!!!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The storage facility he recommended is very closed to where I live and at a reasonable rate. Climate controlled and state of the art security which I can appreciate. Thanks again for all of your help and information.

I called to reserve a unit. The email confirmation never arrived, although this survey did! I called back to ask for the confirmation email and I was told that there was no way to re-send it. The confirmation is NOT in my junk mail box. Very poor service!

I thought I was transferred to another "800" style marking company but Abby helped me locate an available storage space close to home with a special promotion attached! Thank you! Mike Mueller

I'm wary of websites where someone calls me to give me a quote. I'm used them being pushy like used car salesmen. That was not the case here. He was helpful and answered my questions without being pushy.

Abby, the customer service representative at storage.com, was professional, helpful and friendly. She found me a storage space at an excellent price in close proximity to my home. I can't thank her enough.

Clyde was extremely kind and patient with all my questions. He saved me $70.00 per month for a unit less than 4 miles away from one I would have chosen on my own!
