UNITS® Moving and Portable StorageReviews of unitsstorage.com

The unit was delivered down our very steep driveway without a problem. It was easy to load. We used all small boxes from Homedepot.com and we bought metal shelves to place on each side wall. We loaded the shelves with boxes then filled the center with stacking plastic boxes. Then we strapped luan in front of each 4 ft section and set up new shelves and repeated the process. We placed luan over the top of the shelves for flat tvs, art work, etc. We filled 12 ft of the unit using this process then placed bulky items in the last section. The long distance team got our unit to Slidell, La and the local team delivered it without incident. We used air trackers so we could see each location along the way. We plan on using 2 more units to completely empty our house. The total costs for each unit delivered was under 4k, so still cheaper than a moving service for out of state moves.

From the moment Charlene picked up the phone when I first called UNITS, we received outstanding service. Although UNITS' quote was considerably more expensive than what I got from PODS, even with the discount they offered when I let them know of the price difference, I decided to go with UNITS because I felt confident they would take good care of us and all our earthly belongings. It was always easy to get in touch, and if they couldn't answer right away, they called back shortly. Charlene was like a guardian angel, always calm and reassuring, and figuring out a way to make things work with our time constraints and the city's constraints on parking, etc. At one point it seemed like it was going to be possible to get out of our home in time for the new owners, but Charlene somehow found a window to make it work. Delivery and pickup were seamless - and super interesting to see how UNITS' equipment maneuvers the pods into place. Our goods arrived safely and within the promised timeframe. I would 100% use them again. A huge thank-you to Charlene and the whole UNITS team.

This is our second time using Units. As before, just a year ago, all was great. Pickup and delivery was perfect. Drivers on both sites were extremely friendly and competent. Scheduled pick ups and drop offs were on time. I appreciate the tracking updates for containers. I heartily recommend Units to anyone doing a long distance move!

Units accommodated a last minute request to provide us with an additional pod. The pods were delivered and picked up when promised. We had them stored for 2 months and when we were ready, Units delivered again with prompt delivery and pickup Nothing was damaged. Would recommend Units!

Everyone was so nice. Communication was excellent and timely.

Excellent communication from start to finish. UNIT was in great condition and clean.

I ordered UNITS because we had our garage redone. John was exceptional with working on delivery and pick up times. Unfortunately, our garage floor was not completed as scheduled and we had to extend our pod usage. John allowed us to use it for a very nominal usage charge and was flexible on pick up as well! I would HIGHLY use them and recommend them again and again! Thank you for such a great experience!

We have used units on and off for about 4 years and we have appreciated and valued their communication and support. The entire team is exceptional.
