My initial move-in rent for parking space was $40. Which I was willing to pay on a 1995 Honda. I moved to another state and left the car and did not expect this to turn into 2 yrs . I’d say within a few months, it had gone up to $67. I fought them every month to keep the rent at $40 but the increases came anyway. Minimum 6+ months I was paying $97 with ins added in. None of this was worth it on a 1995 car. But here’s the most important thing to learn prior to Aug 1st I tried to have the car removed. Let’s just say issues prevented move. So they said I must pay Aug rent in order to get gate code and to be able to remove the car. I paid aug got the access code removed car mid aug then got contacted numerous times for an additional payment for not giving them another 30 days notice to vacate. So now I’m being threatened with collections for not paying for a vacant car space.

Every time I go to the facility, my entry code has changed. It is very annoying to have to call and spend five minutes on the phone getting a new access code. The last time I was assured that a manager was going to call me to discuss the situation, However, that has not happened.

The staff were all personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is on a very busy thoroughfare. West bound users may have difficulty making the left turn into the entrance. East bound you have to be in the far right lane to make the right turn. The unit I rented is inside. Though the dimensions are accurate it's smaller than I thought.

I was cleaning out my dad's house so that he could sell it. I had three weeks to complete the process. Having a place to store the things I could not get rid of was great. Set up the account on line and then went to the site and found the locker.
