Overall good, freight shipping is pricey.

LTL Freight shipping cost are certainly more expensive, yet are certainly in line with current factors to ship distances across the USA; also necessary for the lengths needed.
Everything was delivered as ordered. We'll packed with no shipping damages.

The parts were of good quality and worked well. Some parts did not fit with my project. I didn't read the fine details on the 30% re-stocking fee. This means I have a lot of parts left over and with the 30% fee and shipping, it doesn't make sense to use. I would add 50% to the cost next time when evaluating against other companies pricing.

Product returns do cost to return such as shipping, processing and restocking charges through distribution. Our return policy is typical with similar business. We always strive towards all 5-star reviews, unfortunately we know that we may not satisfy each customer, in their eyes, 100%. We will continue to service each customer with superior stair parts coupled with customer service unparalleled.
Dave is very knowledgeable with stair parts & application. The special order parts I had made turned out beautiful.

They were everything that I expected. They did a nice job of packing it so that they don't get scratched also.
