Thank you for the 'easy purchase process' review of your overall experience with StepUP Stair! We highly value our superior quality and closely matched of existing stair parts. We look forward to serving you again!
The cope fitting i ordered wasn't milled square. The right side was almost 3/16" longer than the left side. If i would have had another 3 weeks to wait on a replacement, I would have sent it back. I had to make it work. I was already in a time crunch on this job.

Brian, we are concerned by your review! If you would have brought to our attention, we would immediately worked to remedy any product concerns; much sooner than standard lead time. We strive towards 5-star reviews, not because we are perfect, but because we want to ensure every customer receives excellence in both our stair products and service. Unfortunately, we couldn't showcase our after delivery service to ensure every customer is pleased with their stair parts.
This company was a pleasure to work with, and the product was top notch. Will definitely order from them again.
