I bought 4 pairs of these insoles 1 for my bike shoes 2 for my golf shoes and 1 for my trainers. And my feet feel so much better than all the things I've tried before. They are fantastic and i encourage everyone to buy some if you want happy feet.100% amazing.

Wow! What a great customer service experience. The Steppes I purchased even work in shoes that once hurt my feet. I was able to wear the sneakers all day more than without pain, but rather in COMFORT! So I was pleased to know that the additional "wrong size" Stepprs in my order were replaced without hassle. Trustworthy and professional!!!

The ordering and delivery process was easy and quick and I got my stepprs within a few days. I have put them in some of my shoes and the comfort is great. It really helps to relieve my sore heels.

Do not shop here. I feel I was scammed and ripped off. According to the tracking info, my package arrived at the USPS in NJ over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted stepprs several times. I got automatic canned responses asking me to just keep waiting. One response said they've had a lot of orders recently, and are behind on shipping. So they didn't actually read my email, where I stated they shipped it, and it arrived in the US, and then hasn't moved in over 3 weeks now. Their customer service has not attempted to find the order, replace the order, refund the order or actually reach out to me besides their automated responses. Avoid

I haven't seen my order and it's been almost a month. The order is "Supposedly" sitting in New Jersey but there has been NO change in the shipping information for over 2 weeks. Will be getting PayPal involved soon.
