I couldn't be happier with the service and integrity from Teddy and Sauna Heater Supply. There are a lot of options when buying a sauna/heater, but Sauna Heater Supply stood out with their quick communication and knowledge of their products. Teddy’s communication was far and above other dealers. When working with other dealers, it would be days between responses and getting quotes. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a response right away and a full quote just as quickly. They also had the most competitive pricing out of any dealer i spoke to. When an unexpected complication came up with my order, he was completely transparent and went above and beyond to work toward a solution that was fair to me. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind his word. With a purchase this large, it is nice knowing you can trust the person you are working with and know they will be there through the process. The products worked fine so zero complaints with that it came quick and on time the only complaint I have is the shipping cost is expensive. If You only need to order one small item. It cost the same as If you order multiple larger heavy items. they need to figure out their shipping costs
