BeautylishReviews of beautylish.com

ORDER not received. Order over 3 weeks again and havent received my order. They never replied to me email. Be careful of this company

Amazing products, not possible to get anywhere else, arrived beautifully packed. Good communication. The only thing was it took a while and no advice about how long but when it arrived I was delighted+

I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, I’ve shopped with them a few times and never had a bad experience. I live in the UK and the products were shipped from the US, got here in about 2 and a half weeks. Clean packaging and products in a great shape. I would recommend, because you can find a lot of stuff especially out of stock ones that you can’t find anywhere else on beautylish.

It's mostly used by me for Sonia G and Wayne Goss brushes. Have bought many times from the website. Good and friendly customer service. The only issue is if you receive a broken item, the return cost will have to be paid by the customer. The custom fees will not be reimbursed and you are supposed to send the item back. I would think if you spend thousands of dollars on their website, they should handle this differently. With the quality of the brushes there is rarely a problem, but from time to time it will be. Considering the expensive brush prices there should be a better way to treat long time customers.

Garbage products just money grabbing! Never again! Please, stop apologizing. Your kind words don't change anything. Your product worked only for few months and your policy 60 days return ( not because I changed my mind, but because it doesn't work! ) is protecting only your company, not the customer who trusted you.

Terrible service. I will never order anything again and will not recommend it to anyone. The item arrived broken, we waited a month for the return to be approved, and then still waiting for the refund. Absolutely awful service.

Purchased sugarpill lipstick as no where else in the UK stocks it!! I finally have my order! To be fair it only took two weeks to turn up. I had more of a problem with delivery in my country (thanks Royal Mail :/ ). To Beautylish’s customer service teams credit, they were happy to help me with the tracking and delivery issues quickly considering the time difference. I’ll be shopping again if I need anything specific that they stock.

Real disappointment at Beautylish. I’ve ordered before and orders have arrived on time and in excellent condition. I love their website and products. Shame that they seem to be ok with being let down by Evri courier failing to deliver. Not offering a solution to me not receiving my order is not good business sense. Luckily our consumer protection kicks in when a dispute is raised with Amex.
