The customer service was amazingly responsive, I received two pairs of insoles in the wrong size, and they immediately sent me the correct sizes. The attention to detail and responsiveness will have me sharing my story. PLUS the insoles feel great!!

Great product and service- I accidentally ordered wrong size and requested an exchange- stepprs responded same day to say they would replace for free and invited me to give the incorrectly ordered pairs to a friend
