All iron balusters came damaged on first few orders. Chips all over each baluster because they were not wrapped properly in the shipping box. Shawn Capell reached out to me to make this right. They reshipped the original order with more Packaging to secure each baluster from moving around during shipment. We placed our final order with zero damage and a credit from the company for our first order. Pleasure doing business with a company that puts their customers first. You’ve earned these 5 Stars.
