Ordered some parts for you months ago didn’t order enough. I was able to call. They looked at my order and sent them out half of it came yesterday. The other half says they’ll be here tomorrow.

The banister that I ordered is solid and very well-made. I wish they made a thicker metal spindle to replace the wood ones that I have. I have a very large home and the spindles look dainty compared to the entry size. My only real gripe is the absolutely ridiculous shipping prices! Update on 3/23/26: the owner reached out to my original review and he worked out a deal with me. The fact that he cared enough to do that means, to me, he cares about his company and his customers. I will be using them in the future for my stair needs. Thank you

john Stevens designed and put together all the parts Your shipping department though got the diameter of the big two wrong once and had to re-ship and shorter pieces. They also shorted me on the LED strip made it only 39 feet instead of I need 41

Great support and helpful with phone questions. delivery was in good time, complete and no damage. online catalog took some getting used too but the selection was so large it was understandable. every item of the delivery was quality.
