The plants, and bee house received are great, but the planting instructions/hanging instructions are missing. The plants took two months to receive. If the plants are out of stock, this late in the season---maybe tell the customer that they will come in early spring (February March). Watch that everything is included in the box too.

I never got it. I called a few times. I have 2 addresses 47 Red Oak which the mail will deliver. Then 460 Collin’s St unit 47 RedOak which will come up on a GPS but just 47 Red Oak won’t. I just found this out recently. I asked Spring Hill to just call FedEx with the tracking# and gave them the phone # but your people said NO.

The holly was healthy and arrived within a week. Big box, with a plant half the height of the box.

Ordered 2 plants. They arrived timely albeit one was beyond help, still waiting for the 2nd one to perk up. They were packed appropriately, but because they were small they dried out while in transit. Disappointing, but Spring Hill did issue a credit for both plants that I have to use to buy more plants from them.
