I thought I would get a cover for my chair,,.. But I didn't.. I love the chair, it gets wet when we have to go to the Drs... or church, or out to shop and eat, if it is raining

I apologize for not updating my review sooner. The morning after posting that I had not received instructions on how to return the wheelchair I bought from Spinlife, a customer service representative called me to apologize & give me the return information. My refund was sent a few days after mailing the wheelchair. Thank you very much for your attention and for resolving the issue so quickly. I appreciate it!

It's my understanding that our customer service manager connected with you last week to explain the return instructions. We will issue you your refund once the wheelchair is returned.
They found what I needed over the phone in about 1minute. Then it shipped incredibly fast! The whole thing was completely painless! Thank you!

Easy to put together and use. Turns on a dime, handles so easily both at low and higher speeds, and is quite comfortable too. It’s allowed me to keep mobile and able to do some basic functions without needing my wife or a helper. I can easily recommend this Power Chair to anyone, including my own stroke challenged Mother! Only negative is the high price of accessories like cup holders, a high sight pennant for outside safety and such stuff.
