Larry - thank you for the positive comments! I see that you left us a 1-star rating so I reviewed our records to ensure that there were no unresolved issues with your order, which I did not find any. We would appreciate if you were to adjust your 1-start rating, if in fact, there were no issues with your purchase and that you are satisfied with SpinLife.com.

I was kept on hold until the phone disconnect I was told someone would call me back from a recorded message I had to call for over a week before I actually got someone and I think if I didn't call make credit card to cancel the payment I probably wouldn't have talked to anyone still waiting on my refund I will never deal with this company again

not the same chair I purchased 2 years ago.Padding all different, back support all different. Not anywhere the same chair. The old chair was the best chair I ever owned. The new chair is the worst I ever bought.
