Is there a possible way to charge the batteries removed from the scooter 🛴 I keep it in the back of my HONDA ODYSSEY beside that I cannot sing praises for the company or product loudly enough keep up the good work

I love my scooter, I can finally go places, its easy to get around in, its been a real life saver.

Speedy shipping. Product arrived before it was expected for delivery. Exactly what was needed for wheelchair comfort. This product was recommended by another friend who has used this cushion for years.

I’m Ronald Goosman I bought a afiscooter 3 Jan 2020 When it was delivered it was damaged reported it to spInlife revived repair parts last Thursday as of today. I have made many calls all stated they would call back and no one ever called. I paid over $6000.00 For it and it seems no one cares. This has be going on for over a month. Also back in 2014 I bought a pride backback used it one time and a gear went out called spInlife and ordered the part pridE sent the part and SpInlife would not send the part until I paid $50.00 service call and today I have not received it. I do believe I will not use SpInlife services again. Ronald Goosman

The packing carton was badly damaged in transport. The chair was upside down on the shipping pallet with the bottom flaps open. All pieces of the chair were there, so delivery was accepted. The chair is comfortable, however the foot rest is too short, so my feet have to hang 6-8 inches past end of the foot rest -not very comfortable. The fit and finish of the chair is good. Assembly was easy. Just disappointed the foot rest was not longer.

While we do have return policies, we would have been willing to work with you on solving this problem if you would have contacted us upon receipt and initial use.
